^^There is also the "net spider" that lives in Australia and is known for making large webs the size of nets. They dont eat ppl though.
I really dont get why spiders scare ppl so much. Spiders help capture all the bad bugs and eat them. They dont fly, jump, have a slimy texture, or the intelligence to group in 1000's and build colonies. Although they can bite like so many other bugs out there, very few are poisonis enough to kill you. How do two extra legs on an insect make ppl feel so un comfortable, yet ppl seem to love picking up centipedes? |

I once walked out onto my balcony, one summer evening, and thought I felt something on my forehead. Woke up the next morning w/ a spider bite, dead-centre of my forehead, RIGHT between the eyes! I had the nation's biggest fucking bindy for 3 stinkin' days! I like spiders, but, don't fancy getting bitten. Frosty (respects spiders) |
