How the F do you sync a podcast to your iphone? I've been trying for an hour, not good at this shit.

Also, is there a way to organize your music better? Like have a folder system, like D&b, house, breaks etc and then have the related artists/albums in the folder.?

This should be easy but i'm iretarted. Can anyone help me out?
