They used to use methacyl to make their shakes. Not sure if they got embarrassed into changing their recipe.

Guys, I dunno about you, but i have been saaaaaad about the absence of shamrock shakes for the last couple of years. Totally took me back to my childhood this aftn... But I must say, this ish turned my tongue a weird blue-green. Hehe...

Geez... right about now people are thinking I'm some kind of sugar junkie... If you could see my kitchen! Strawberries, yogurt, bananas, apples (for chris), healthy cereal, rice milk, dried mangos, frozen blueberries, organic juices, oj... I don't eat garbage EVERY day... And I also drink a LOT of water :P

^ it's a minty shake that mcd's used to make back in the day ONLY around st patrick's day... then it disappeared for YEARS from the lower mainland (except, like coq abby i heard???).

oh shit.

on a totally related note, for the past three days I've had the most random craving for chocolate chip mint ice cream...today I gave in and went on a search, only to come up empty-handed, that is, until I convinced the guy at Rocky Mtn that he should go in the back and get it for me out of the freezer. YUMS
