I remember a forum I used to go to many years back, there was a guy there who had dated a few people in the porn industry (yes this is all secondhand information)

From what I understood, there's a lot of people that are really screwed up in the porn industry, got twisted or raped in their childhood or were just generally bad seeds. However, there's a lot of people who just see it as a profession like any other and live perfectly functional lives.

i found this really meh and bland to be quite honest.
sounds like "bob" knew what was going on, but refused (much like the mother character) to acknowledge it.
seems like he had at least some opportunity to intervene, but he didn't. I could be totally off, but this is what interpret from his writing.
now he tells the story to what... exercise his own guilt/demons?

i really dont know what i think of this.

THIS IS VERY TRUE, I CAN TELL STORIES BUT I ALWAYS FEEL LIKE "THE CREEPY GUY TALKING ABOUT PORN" WHEN I DO. I KNOW OTHERS ON THIS FORUM HAVE DONE TECH IN THE ADULT INDUSTRY AND CAN OFFER ANECDOTES AS WELL.
