I think relying on the internet as your only source of info for ingesting dangerous chemicals isn't a hot idea.

Im sure your local library will have the information to extract codeine from tylonol with coffee filters, cold water and a coffee grinder.

The "recreation" dose for codeine is between 60-400mg, i am using 50mg which is barely noticeable but i am a drug addict? you've got to be kidding yourself, that's less than how much people take for teeth pain when they get their wisdom teeth out.

What info did i take from someone? that they are available OTC? uh that was pretty reliable because it turned out to be true. A cold water extraction? that's something i already knew about and is pretty commonly known, it's not some secret thing and can be used for removing APAP (tylenol) from many different medications.
