You know what, I work really hard and a lot (and now go to school and do homework a lot) and because of those things I have NO TIME FOR VACATIONS.

It just feels like I'm missing out on some part of a formula that is enriching other people's lives.

Also ash, I was genuinely curious, can you give me a number for the past 5 years, +/-?

I've never once been on vacation! I am also missing some part of a formula. :P

-Shouldn't of gone out last night. So tired.

this xmas trip was totally out of the blue. i found a cheap hotel rate. and then cheap flight. so it all sort of fell together.

as for the other trips. i always plan them out quite a bit in advance. and then save accordingly. ive rarely been a last minute traveller.

even seattle. we know as soon as the ball schedule for the next season when we will go down for a few days. then we can book hotels ahead of time when they are cheap!

- a prof who accepts this kind of shit.
- having to present next week, right before a different midterm, due to this situation. Fuck!

Actually I could potentially vacation this winter, exams are over by Dec 15th and school doesn't start again till like Jan 5 or something.

I really want to travel with people this time though, since I did so much solo travelling on my 8 month excursion. So dunno about that.

^ I have a few friends that do the vacation thing...I am so broke, in so much debt..I knew this would happen so I tried to get it out of my system a bit..so I lived away for a year came back worked a bit and then travelled for 6 months straight and since then havent made or saved enough money other than weekly vacays within seattle/BC/Alberta...got to go to europe in the summer cuz it was a fluke and paid for but other than that im SCREWED for travelling plans for a long time..i have a friend who gets almost free fligths around the world..all she has to do is pay for the tax, because her mom used to be a fligth attendant..so jealous
