Listening to the Kid Carson show this morning and Kid had suggested that the cops had gone on wrong about it. Apparently they should have done a set up where they (the cops) would purchase the baby and then everyone jump out of bushes and then arrest them since they don't have enough evidence against them to put them in jail.

A listner of the show said that its like being charged for selling fake drugs....

The other side though is that if they didn't act quickly who knows what could have happened to the child.

What do you think, how do you think this should be handeled? Do you think the cops did a good enough job?
