When I'm working, I can barely manage laundry, bills, and toilet paper.

When I'm NOT working, it's time to delve into the heavier matters that require time and attention.

Ever so slowly, I'm chipping away at "life" shit that accumulates over a few months. (I just spent 3 hours w/ a life-insurance guy fer fuksakes!)

YET! The mound is decreasing, and that makes me happy!

Nope... totally know what you mean.

I'm working all the time. Get home and want to eat and pass out.

Then you get the one day off and spend almost all of it catching up on the shit that you could have done for the last week. Oh, and then get drunk as fast as you can because you work the next day.
