for starters try out some of the awesome local beers. I'm a big fan of GIB , Kamloops Brewing Co., Steam Works, Shaftebury, Bowen Island! don't even get me started on American micro brews like Splash!!!! now don't get me wrong any of the beers you listed are good in my books but are also not the be all end all of beer by any means. |

I actually dont mind granville island pale, when i'm at corporate functions, they force me to drink it.
after 6 I'm usually feeling pretty grossed out by it so i'll switch to something else. Okanagon is alright shaftsbury is great too. but all of them fall into the after 6 issue. anything oversea I can drink a good amount, feel retardedly drunk and then feel pretty good the next day. |

Just took a gander @ the calendar, and, it's lookin' like I'm not booked for that weekend, yet...
And, if it's _really_ gonna be a bar-b-->party, then, I think I might be up for blastin' a whack o' jerk! But, someone's gotta supply me w/ access to a bar-b. I'll make. I'll cook. But, I can't supply the fire. Oh, and anyone w/ a "sensitive pallette"?.... You really should cook your stuff before the jerk hits the grill.... Frosty (limited supply) |

And AS for _BEER_!!!!!!!
ANY Molson's or Labatt's products should only be used as projectiles. Consumption should be avoided. AhMEHRiKKKahn beer (no, not the groovy indies!): walk away. OK Spring Ale is my default choice, if available. *Forgot to mention* Bowen Island's Pale ale is pretty damn good! Shaftbury Cream Ale used to be a favourite, but, so damn heavy! And Granville Isle brews?! Sorry. I've given them sooo many chances, and it just rots me tongue! I just can't help thinking they're pulling they're brew water straight from False Creek! Sleezeman's? Couldn't agree more: shyte. Frosty (misses Conner's micro-brewery's Best Bitter) |

hmm lets see.... i think your best bet is the liquor store.
its original style unfiltered belgian witbier (same style of blonde beer all the popular breweries are trying to copy right now) features coriander and curaco orange peel. fantastic full body flavour. i actually didnt like it the first few times i had it. infact i hated it. but the flavour grew on me and now its literally the best tasting beer i can think of. probably not for the faint of heart of those of you who like your average kokanee lager. yuk. oh and dont let the floaties freak you out, its just unfiltered beer. |

So is this party happening?
My offer still stands for a concession. I have a company Costco card. If you want me to run it, let me know. It can help pay for the cost of the party. As long as I get paid back for the concession items, I don’t care. I’ll even run it all night :weird: PM me :D |
