Yeah Ive found a couple sites where I can post pictures and people will help identify.

I did look at it, but it doesn't say if they're harmful or not. None of the external links say anything either.

I am just inclined to think they pose no harm to me or anything, but who knows.

Dude, you live in Canada.

The only lethal things of that size we have are Black Widows... and unless your place is a damp woodpile or other such thing. Okay, well Rattlesnakes near Cache Creek but whatever. Other than that, the stuff that can harm you in Canada is big enough to see coming... Cougars, Wolverines, Bears...

If you were in Australia or something, then I might be worried because they're lucky that the freaking Koalas don't spit venom! Everything there can kill you.

I was thinking more along the lines of ticks!

Ticks aren't dangerous, unless they carry Lyme's disease. Best is to go to a nearby ER and ask if they've had recurrences of Lyme's disease from the area you were when you found it. Honestly, I've had a woodtick before and didn't need any kind of treatment for it, they just took the tick out and I was okay.
