I leave on the 30th with a buddy and my guitar. It's going to be righteous. We're not really planning anything, but some spots to check out would be appreciated, in case I am in the area.

vegerville egg- huge ass egg made out of hexagons
any lakes in the 1000 lake area of ontario
stay the fuck out of thunderbay and winnipeg. actually. fuck manitoba in general
niagra falls
there's a place in nb or pei where a car will roll uphill, gravity is sort of fucked. forget exactly where.
don't fuck with moose, they will try to have sex with you.
bears are a dime a dozen. they're just like furry bush tractors. don't feed 'em.
it's easier to hitchhike solo then with another guy. travel with a chick.
cops can be dicks.
top hings to travel with : pillow, blanket, toothbrush, string, lighter, knife, electrical tape, big size garbage bag (for garbage, or to make into a tarp, or raingear)
carry a pack of smokes, you can barter.
carry cash, but not too much, be prepaired to pay, don't get robbed.

Great advice, Max.. really! Some of it you can only learn from living up north, which is refreshing to hear after living in Vancouver for awhile again.

yeah, the rangers caught and killed it after, apparently it was really old, and was hurt. so human was easy prey. luckly my friend did something to its eye and it ran away, but he still has some scars.
