Check the seller's rating. If they have a 98%+ rating and 100s of transactions then most likely you won't get screwed. Pay using paypal and don't leave a comment on the persons ebay account UNTIL you receive your package. The ability to leave feedback is your way of making sure the person ships your stuff the way you want it to be shipped etc.

Be careful looking at feedback though. If the people with high percentages but LOTS (10,000+) transactions, make sure you look at the actual numbers of pos/neg feedback, ESPECIALLY the recent stuff.
Otherwise, best advice is to use your credit card to pay through paypal, because if PP screws you, you can still go with your cc and file a chargeback. |
