Problem to connecting with World of Warcraft

Ok so I have installed the game on my computer however once I put in my user name and password. It gives me a "cannot connect"

I've tryed this on my computer directly connected to a modem in my own home and at my friends house. Both times I get the same error.

The problem is I can surf the internet fine but I get nothing when trying to login to WoW.

might want to re-install or run the thing in safemode to see if you can connect, it'll look like garbage but it might tell you if it's software related.

"cannot connect" is also a common thing that happends. if it was working before its a client server issue. you have shaw cable by any chance?

Don't blame shaw when thousands of other lonely nerds are connecting just fine.

I just ran the norton removal tool and everything is a go.
