"This video is no longer available"

When searching for a song on youtube, have you guys noticed that those really annoying messages that say "This video is no longer available" aren't showing up anymore?

I used to hit those pages when searching for a song so often that I was going to throw a thread into the punching bag. But then it stopped happening and it's freaking me out man!!!!

Try it, try to find a video that you would think would be blocked... it's not! has something major happened in the internet that i'm not aware of?!

Youtube's been getting a lot of good press in the court of public opinion when it comes to fair use.

Apparently almost 90% of the content is new and original.

Also I'm noticing that a lot of major media providers are now setting up their own youtube channels and throwing clips of their programming on. CBS is great for this. I've been enjoying catching Craig Ferguson's rants on there.

We'll see how far the Viacom trial goes, things could change a lot in either direction based on the outcome of that.
