Alrighty. So the current promo is free install, 1st month free, 6months at 3995 (i think) You'll get channels 2-58. Now, in order to watch canucks (I assume this is a ppv question) you'll need to order in a box. the dct's start at 9800. The dct additional per month will cost you 1.99 to be put on your account. If you dont care about canucks ppv, then you can go for basic+t1 That'll give you 2-36 So you'll get all the CBC, Sportsnet and TSN games. You dont need full cable to get a digital box, you can have basic and get a box. If you were to call in.. people would say "you'll get every channel free for a month", this is not the case if you sign up for basic (for example) your channels will stop at 29-58, the preview only means digital channels 60+ minus ppv, events, canucks, porno HD: The non PVR box will run you about 389.76 (tax included), the box is great works.. the shit thing is.. you'll only get a 1 year warranty. HDPVR: 669.76 Lots of staff have one, im going to grab one soon. it's amazing. with newer generations, it's just getting better. you get a 3 year warranty with that one oh I should mention: the 98.00 one.. you also get a 3 year warranty. HD packages HD Basic (free) includes stupid channels that no one likes.. HDPlus is everything. (9.00) HD specialty (Canucks, PPV) cost extra... With any box you get, you will get access to VOD, free music channels, and a ton of digital channels. |

Best Advice Veni.
Scream.. Scream so fucking loud it hurts your head.. but don't swear. If you swear, they will hang up on you. Demand supervisors and ask the supervisor to get the best tech EVAR to help you out. Now if it's the router and not their equipment, their support scope is very limited. May I suggest power cycling the router and making sure the router is not catching a static IP address. Or better yet, make sure your computers are not set to a static IP. |
