USAF Predator Drones To Patrol US/Canada Boarder
Full Story @ Breitbart.com
NOTE: I've re-written the article a bit since its pretty clear the AP writer who put it together isn't capable of anything beyond basic sentence structure (seriously, the guy doesn't even form a single paragraph, just statements. What a hack.) Drone lands in ND in preparation for border patrol Dec 7 08:45 PM US/Eastern By DAVE KOLPACK Associated Press Writer FARGO, N.D. (AP) - After two failed tries, an unmanned aircraft expected to be the first to patrol the northern U.S. border completed a flight from Arizona to North Dakota. The drone is scheduled to begin flights originating from the USAF Grand Forks base to patrol the northern U.S. border in January. Officials were waiting for clearance on air space before deciding on a schedule, Corcoran said. Predator drones have been in use to patrol the Mexican/USA boarder since 2005. Sen. Kent Conrad, D-N.D., said the state's congressional delegation had been working for four years to get the unmanned aircraft to North Dakota. "It is vital to America's security that we protect our borders, particularly the northern border," Conrad said. "The Grand Forks Air Branch plays an essential role in helping shut the door on terrorists who want to sneak across remote border points to strike on U.S. soil." |

going out on a limb here, but my guess is less illegal smuggling across the border, more taxes collected for the general population, more employees available for border crossings resulting in shorter lines, oh and the corporate illuminati take over the earth using the IMF and wiccan spaceships

I actually think this will be a good thing, and more for us then for them, because they already have way better counter smuggling task forces established all over the border. I actually knew a guy who was arrested for get this, smuggling koreans across the border way out east in bc into washington. He was released as an accomplice after 3 months because he was only 18 at the time.
But yeah, the americans apperently knew all about it, but dint have a canadian counterpart availible to crack down on the imporation into canada. So im hoping this predator stuff will help to reduce drugs going south, decreasing guns coming north. win win for everyone! |

i heard they are planning to target terrorists disguised as drug smugglers.
it works in afghanistan and pakistan. why not here? we could use them here when those terrorists disguised as motorcycle enthusiasts at a clubhouse meeting! :p these drones will also come in handy when they need to overthrow Ottawa to ensure that the War on Terrorism extends into countries friendly to those First Nations terrorists that are creating "training camps" such as Hobbema and Surrey. :p |
