Plaza Club ...shutting down?

If so, be a bit of a shame. Though haven't been to in over half a year, I quite like the place, for a Granville Club. Course, helped that I'd only go on nights that would specifically cater to my musical interests, but the fact Plaza would even HAVE nights like that made it a preferred haunt.

Not shutting down, but with rebuilding of granville street.
Plaza Club will be shutting down but for rennovations.

I've heard some of the plans, if it goes as it should.. plaza could look pretty interesting.

i love plaza... even on the nights they play mashup top 40, i still always have a great time....
and in my experience there arent many bartenders as good as the bald dude..

mhmm.. ive found if you tip him well particularily the first time, he treats you like royalty the whole night.. it came to a point where he would make my drink as soon as he saw me in line, and we made our transaction through a crowd lol.
