frozen waffles for breakfast? that overly processed stuff isn't good for anybody. you might as well pair that shit with some grape drink while you're at it.

if there's a lesson in higher learning to be tought here is that, you must confide in an elderly neighbour that most likely has a waffle iron they can lend (assuming that you don't. i sure as hell don't) and google a mean batter recipe and make your own waffles with fresh blueberries. hey you can even one-up that shit and add some white chocolate if you think you could get down like that. well at least then you know what the eff you're eating.

and amelia, big ups! don't let these bozo's discourage you. just go for it and study your brains out like nobody's watching.

The key is to cut off the round edges so you just have a square full of flavor... NOTHING BUT SYRUP AND EGGO.

Congrats Amelia.. you're very lucky to have someone else paying for your schooling.
I really wish I had that option, it's damn expensive and I'm gonna be in debt for 5 years at the very least.

i may be wrong here, but i just don't go ga-ga over "real maple syrup". it is delicious but it always pulls me out of breakfast mode. leave that shit for the tourists and just spring for the regular stuff.

A bit of vinegar in the water helps keep the whites together. Just use a slotted spoon and roll the egg into itself a bit (it's called chasing in the culinary world) and you're good to go.

I'm suprised.

There is just nothing like the real deal no.1 canadian light maple syryp. If anything gives me the slightest perk of interest I'll wiki and read read read on it and the process behind tapping and making syrups is pretty amazing. I found it neat that there is so many environmental factors that are at play....much like wine.

And the taste is just like no other. the natural sugars and texture that linger on the taste buds are amazing. Give it another go.

Just Syrup 'on the reg' for me tastes far to chemically processed

I like to put my beloved no.1 light on alot of things. Ive put it on chicken, bacon, steak, eggs, ham, oatmeal, salads, ive put a little bit of it in sandwiches...all kinds of things.

pure, real deal, maple syrup can do no wrong imo.

I personally like to make sappy banana/fruit pancakes!

I don't make Eggos often, but when I do, I like to make sure each square is covered with syrup. I'll let it sit there for a minute to soak in.
