OK. Here's a heads-up from what I know that you can expect.
Southern Ontario drivers are assholes. They won't give you a break. As long as it's not fully-clogged rush-hour, they drive fast. In 100km/h zones, people are usually 120+.
As you go through Quebec, around Montreal, it's more like being in a car rally. They drive fast and close. It's sort of Parisian-style: rearview mirrors-forward: driver's responsibility. Rearview mirrors-back: everybody else's problem (C0MING THROUGH!)
Mind the speed limits and no right turns on red lights. The QPP usually _pounce_ on out of province plates.
I found that the drivers on the east coast are the best in Canada. They do just over the speed limit, use their signals, know where they're going and know how to get there. And, courteous, too!
Ya _GOTTA_ spend a couple of days/nights in Halifax! That town is awesome!!!
AND! You *have* to do pub-rush @ Pizza Corner for a donair!!! It's a rite of passage, dammit!!!
Take LOTSA pics and enjoy the trip, mate.
Frosty
(wants to know if Shoe Factory is still open in Halifax)
