Gettin in a car accident !!
i got in a lil fender bender last night
i was coming home from doin an audio install when i wasn't really paying attention and just knicked a BMW Z3... i made 2 scratches on his bumper i think.......i couldn't notice more damage cause it was raining..... my car i noticed had more damage to it then his... but mines a piece of shit and i don't give ! he does he even said " i just got my bumper re painted " ... i wonder why ????? hmmmm well either way it's my fault :( heres the main problem !!!!!!! I DON'T HAVE A LICENCE........ what do you think will happen to me ???????????? hes got my reg # drivers # and my phone # i mean he wrote that shit on a napkin and i could tell, him and his buddy were heading down to gastown to a club... so i dunno whats gonna happen hopefully he looses it at a club lol............ whats also fucked is right when i bumped into him... i was sparking a joint........

the only thing you can do is just settle it without icbc.. that'd be the only way you wouldnt get in trouble because of not having your license

Like everyone said try to settle out of court. Mostly likely the damage will be minimal and the cost won't be too high. If for some reason he decides to go through ICBC for a small thing like this, all you might have 2 do is pay for his and like I said probaly not that much.
When ICBC comes a calling. Just tell them what happened. Visibility was horrible and the conditions of the roads were bad due to rain. Good Luck.

I think everyone here kind of missed the point. If you didn't have a license, you will have to pay for all damages. My advice: get multiple quotes... and you better hope to hell ICBC doesn't get involved. Do you realize that driving without a license negates your insurance???
That's just fucking stupid. You were driving around without insurance, smoking a joint.

Three accidents in three years - all three involved ICBC.
I'm trying to close the cases, but apparently they love to sweat me out and take their bloody time. If you can, settle it outta court, and pray to God those guys got really wasted and his buddy used the napkin to wipe his mouth after puking :sick: My question is... why didn't you take his info down? :047:

heres how its cumin down
dude called at first saying he got 2 quotes.... then i told him to settle it outside of ICBC then today he called saying he called icbc and i was supposed to call em... within 24hrs so i did i called icbc and everything went smooth......... it was like a normal icbc dial a claim accident talked to the icbc lady n everything....... she said i owed $300 dollars because of tickets.. i said ya i'm gonna pay that off she said np.... and the end... then..... ... .. 5 minutes pass and she calles me back ....... ... and she said she was havin a lil problem cause my licence had a "HOLD" on... ( suspension shhhh that it didn't say ) and she assumed it was because of the $300.00 i owed... and that i would need to cum in asap to pay that off...then i was like " well to be honest i can't pay it off till the end of the month... " and she was like " ya well its 2-3 weeks to go it should be ok... then i was like ok bye.. now problem if she finds out that the " HOLD " is not because of $300 tickets and that its because of the suspension... i'm TOAST !! if i can hold off this 3 weeks... i can #1 get my licence back legit !, #2 pay the $300 tickets #3 re- new my insurance .... it will make it look like nothing happened EVER ! except that i have a shit driving record now.. I can also claim this accident and pay it fully and it will not affect my DPP which is dope..... or i can and my insurance goes up but i won't DUH ! so.... 3 weeks n counting .............
