To get a roadside suspension you need to blow over .05 but below .08. Blood alcohol levels depend on your weight. For me I will blow over .05 after ONE BEER (I weigh around 130 lbs). Not even close to being impaired but enough to get a roadside.

You're lucky you didn't blow over, they would have arrested you.

before that I was driving and got pulled over . I had about 6 beers. Told the cop I had one. He have me the breath test and he said I was telling the truth?? fuct up eh? alls I got was a 86 dollar ticket cause I still have my stupid N ..new driver shit. I shoulda got that taken off like 3 years ago .. I am dumb

Breath tests are really inaccurate sometimes
my buddy just came out of the club, had 7 drinks at the club over like 3 or 4 hours, and i watched him blow zero.
your body absorbs the alcohol at a rate of like 15ml per hour and a beer has like 25ml of alcohol
or some shit liek that i dont remmeber exact numbers
