you know what i really like about the wild though?!

they dont hvae just one captain and assistant captain all the time.
they switch it up every couple of months.
i think thats a pretty fucking cool idea.

they're a really young team with a lot of drive and a lot of confidence...the canucks gotta get that same drive and same confidence for every freakin game.

Minnisoda...haha...ha.....

Anyways, I was watching TV today and the news people went on the streets to ask people who played for Minnesota...and the people they asked couldn't even name one...shows how underrated this team is....silent but deadly....

^^ Except for Cliff Ronning...haha

I think they are underrated as a team, compared to the older, more experienced teams like Colorado and Detroit...

yeah well lets home canucks dont start off the series like last one...6-0? common

these teams should come out pretty evenly matched, its hard to tell but we should get some sort of idea after tonights game.

take a look at vancouver though, i mean you're not gunna hear a lot of names being thrown around outside of this city [vancouver]. we have no super stars ... just solid hockey players.

Minnasota is a very dangerous team.

If they can come back and beat the Avalanche they obviously have the skill and determination.

I was quite impressed how Brian Burke painted the picture when he was asked about this team.

No trust me we have some super stars that are known outside of vancouver.

After this years regular seasons. I'm sure everyone is fully aware of how powerful/skilled bertuzzi is, and how skillfull of a captain nasland is.

They left there mark on the league and have only gotten better the last few years

The rest of the other players are what ou would consider solid hockey players.

Yeah, alot of young teams do that becasue they can't find a suitable captain, so it's not really a good thing sicne theres no real leader.

Im pretty sure Vancouver switches its assistant captains around and that theres a different set of assistant cptains when they're on the road compared to when they're on home ice.

Naslund and Bertuzzi aren't superstars? Believe me they are superstars considering they've been on the top of the scoring food chain for the past two years, anyone who even slightly follows hockey nows who those two are.

Linden, Baron, Klatt, and Jovo trade AC's during the regular season...

As much as I want to see the 'nucks come out on top I have to give respect to the wild. They're a team thats made up of regular joe, gritty players. Gaborik is the biggest name they have and he's not much of a name....

You get guys like Richard Park who pick up their game for the playoffs.... and end up knocking out the big payroll teams!!!

^Word, and especially in their third year of existance as well as their first playoff appearance. I still think we're gonna win, but I wouldn't be too bitter if the wild won... I always got a place in my heart for the underdog =)
