Even though most people think i'm either chinese, cantonese, korean, or japanese ... yeah yeah i'm sure i'm not half or even a quarter. What actually gets to me is when i tell people that i'm spanish, they all assume i'm either from Spain or Mexico .... ahhhh *raises fist in the air*

I know this all too well. The problem is that you're telling them you are Spanish. SPANISH = From Spain.

and I think you mean BACKGROUND not nationality because If you were asking nationality i bet you'd get 95% or more response as Canadian.
