its like the most exspensive place around to get a&w. also there stupid ass 15$ airport tax is bullshit. as fer people watching aaaahhhhhhhhhh its kinda like metro town where everyone is stepping on yer heels and shit. i say vcr airport is BAD

the 15 dollar AIF fee isn't that bad.
most are 20 or 30 bucks and they just add it to the ticket price. but vans is not hidden like that, so people bitch about it. shut the fuck up morons. and yes, it is a very nice airport. the nicest one i have been to though was in tel aviv. palm trees everywhere and nice looking ladies with assualt rifles.

it's really nice when you're arriving in the international airport.
but i've spent countless hours in the vancouver airport and the luster is gone but you're right it's gorgeous. i really like the 'jade canoe' by bill reid in the middle of the international airport. i really liked the sydney airport! you can see syndey from there, as well there's a train that goes right into the city. nice shops! OK food. really nice. i didn't really like the kuala lumpur airport. it was so bare. as well as a tokyo airport i flew into was SO OLD AND STUFFY! and the la airport sucks too. but i just fucking h8 la. stina. yeah LAX is horrible.
o'hare is the only US airport i really liked. well, the one wing of it that i was in anyways. oh yeah, hamburg is a fav also. thats the best place for people watching, cause almost every army in the world uses it as a way point. so you can see some neat shit.

my best friend told me that one of the airports in germany used to have an area where you could go and party it up to electronic music. weird eh?
van airport is definitely very good compared to others. nice, relatively clean, and new. the other ones are old, rotting, etc. and the van airport is pretty well staffed and organized. the montreal airport is hell sometimes...just totally disorganized, especially during peak times. i always go to the airport about an hour and a half before my flight (domestic), and i almost missed my flight twice due to dorval insanity. i really don't like the toronto airport either...the entire thing is so spread out and you have to walk for ages between the gate and the baggage area.

probably my favourite place.. i love rollerblading down to iona..
although it's not a very functional design.. it's one of the nicest.. hong kong just got a new airport a few years ago too that is steady pimpin'. has like, a subway within the airport, special MTR (subway) that connects from the whole city's public transit system. AIF is whack though.. that's the price we pay :P

Vancouver airposrt is definately one fo the best I've been to even tho it's kinda small (compared to the other international airports I often go to) and theres not as much to do when you're checked in (restaurants, lounges, shops, bars etc.) compared to other airports. It's gotta be the nicest looking and cleanest I've been to in a long time...
