Running

I just started running again this past week, and gawd I love it! It totally energizes me for the day (so I try to run in the morning if I can), and gets me tired enough by 1am to sleep like a baby. I went through total insomnia all year long and couldn't sleep until 5-7am sometimes.

I say THREE THUMBS UP to running! :)
