next few months: get my own place, make a final decision on my car, get a real job.
before 2007: start school, after hopfully paying for it by myself.
before the september 2007 semester: find an industry related job, and continue to work and go to school.
when i graduate: if i havnt already.. get a job within my field, and get my OWN place.
somewhere within all of that: new car, countless parties, and maybe even a meaningfull relationship. although im not ready for one now and i doubt I will be then.

im thankful for knowing what i want to do while im young...and im ready for a tough journey. its all about saving up and having a smart budgetted life. like i said...happy and health..2 Hs that im most concerned about.

hahaha wow im right on track.. kinda ahead my own game plan too. im 19 now, moved out, 3rd year in EC, bgirl'ing hard, still stuck in student loan, have my restaurant job, contributed to a few parties that i always wanted, and i do have a good core of friends. woooo

next 3 year plan:

-finish degree
-after i grad become a flight attendent for maybe 2-4 years (get my some travelling done) and see where i want to spend my 20s..possible relocation
-while im doing my flight attendent thing i can do design work, while i travel.
-continue to bgirl and work as hard as i can with it
-health and happiness is key as well

ps:having a very strong knowledge of nutrition/ and or cuisine related to a more holistic approach to life, will mos def give you an edge, and bonus skills to differentiate you from the masses! Keep an eye for openings at spa related facilaties, these places are become more and more popular here in vancouver, and during the olympics will have two weeks to leave an impression internationally.

Another option is to go the private chef route. Many of my peers have gone on to cooking at plush events for socialites and the elite right at there homes, from here to whistler. If you can stand it, it pays big bucks, and is far more of a flexible and somewhat less demanding scheduale. (This aint to say you cant handle it - i just mean it pegged me as being more feasible for the long haul)

Im planning on staying true to my Mediteranean roots as its my fav cuisine to cook and well im fantastic at it!What my 10 year plan is to work in the field for approx 4 years at 5 star hotels&resorts then go back to school for business admin then after that open up my own restaurant/lounge focusing mainly on Italian&Greek cuisine as thats my roots.Its going to be damned hard being a chef&mother but Im a tough cookie so ill manage.

I don't see too much changing in the next 3 years...
by then I hope to be nearing the end of my program at Uvic (trying to do as much as possible without student loans!) probably have a diff. waitressing job (maybe even Felicitas on campus), either be living with an amazing room mate in a downtown loft, or have moved into the boyfriend's pad (if there is a boyfriend in the picture still) If it's possible i'd like to fit another trip to Europe in there somewhere, but I don't know if I'll be able to afford it.
