Mmm...I cook good...

I love cooking...there's just something so satisfying about a good meal (eating and making), no matter how simple the fare.

I made veggie stirfry with bell peppers and mushrooms (sauce of soy, oyster sauce, peanut oil and thai chili sauce), and a mix of basmati and jasmine rice with veggie stock in it.

I'm eating it again now. I <3 leftovers!
