I Got A Job!

Sweet, I got the job that I wanted. I'll be a barista at a new Italian cafe opening up on Homer and Davie called Triggiano's Cafe. Don't know exactly when I'll be starting cause the store still has about another week or so to open, but I'm going down there to check it out early next week. Excited to get paid $10/hr to make coffee.

not sure when i start. the cafe hasn't opened yet but should in 1-2 weeks. i will find out early next week when i go into the cafe to meet with one of the managers. he's going to show me around and tell me about training etc. i'm stoked!!

nope, they're done all their hiring unfortunately. she told me that they had about 150 ppl apply, and she picked 30 ppl to interview and hired 15. i could ask if you want though, cause perhaps not everyone accepted the offer when they got hired.

it's going to be such a sweet place to work at. it sounds like it's going to be super posh inside (which = more tips from customers!), but it's also family run, and of the ppl that i've met so far, they're so incredibly friendly! it's an italian family, and they were all like "this is a family run business, and we want each and everyone of our employees to feel like a part of our family."
