im an idiot - this also means that we are going to have three times as many designated drivers for bar nights cuz new n's wont be able to have more than one passenger seriously now - how fun will it be if half the bar is sober? |

uhmmmmm so you guys are sayign that people whom already have their N's are clear....
well in the newspaper on the 5th it states that there is a transition period for people whom had their N b4 this date.... so... yeah..... TRANSIITION DATE... somene confirm.. call ICBC or something... |

^^ If you haven't already received you letter, it does state that the new rules do not affect you unless you renew your license...at which point the regulations will be stated on the back of your new license and you must abide by them. For now, you are not affected by these changes.
