170 hr? I've had my heart up to 203, feels like you are going to die. I used to ride with a HR monitor, I would spend 2+ hours above 175. Good times.
Now I just hit the gym 4 times a week, commute on my bike when it isn't pissy and if I am lucky, get a 3 hour ride in on the weekend. |

i'm gym obsessed, it varies from 3-5 days a week, because it makes me feel so good through out the day plus it relieves so much stress! if you guys have passes to fitness world come check out the power pacing class on tuesday and thursday nights at the georgia & bute location, it's fucken nuts, but so worth it in the end |
