Dont we have all have it?. i hate not being able to pass out earllier. Damn my mind for wanting to stay up! :finger:

maybe its all in our heads that we think we have insomnia.. i think our bodys r tired but we think of too much stuff in our head before bed so thats whats causing us that... i have no clue if that made ne sense hehe :trippin:

i use caffiene to control my sleeping

not too much sleep one day.. drink lots of coffee to get through the day then pass out at night with ease
