I personally really like it, I have a ring that has a white/yellow gold split band and I love it. Of course it's not an engagement/wedding ring so there isn't a big huge diamond on it, just 3 tiny ones.

I like the ring, but I'd prefer it as pure white gold. I've bought more than a couple of rings in my day, and trust me, the diamond still shines through nicely on white gold.

My friend's engagement ring is VERY similar, the white and yellow gold don't look too awesome together in a picture, but it looks absolutely gorgeous on her finger!

Personally, I'm a big fan of a simple band with a huge rock...hahaha but what girl isn't?

Wow... some of you girls are WAY too high on the materialistic scale.... isn't it supposed to be about the meaning behind as opposed to how much it bloody well cost????


I guess thats one of the things I hate about the whole deal is the tradition aspect of it.... the guy has to live off mac and cheese for months just so he can buy a ring...hahaha. I'm gonna go get a ring pop and call it a day. :PartEkid:

I like the one in the middle with the three diamonds 'cause it stands for past, present and future...I think that's a really sweet concept =) The last one's my fave.......check out my right hand sometime, you'll see it! But I bought it for myself........haha I'm so lame =)

Yeah, I agree. The twisty thing is kind of strange.

Remember you want something timeless. You are planning on her wearing it for the rest of her life right? With any outfit, at any age. Best to opt for something a little more streamlined IMO.

that ring sounds so cute :)

my dad also went the simpler route with my moms ring, it's a simple gold band with a coupld smaller diamonds in it [3 i think]. but like tease mentioned, the wedding ring looks wicked with the band then.

i'm a fan of simpler things, and white gold. i myself prefer white gold, but it really all depends on what the girl wears most often. some people can really pull off yellow gold, others can't.

Some people can only wear silver (or white gold) (cool tones) and some ppl can only wear gold (warm toned). It depends.
