Okay here's my explaination. First off there is a difference between 'trying' to be asian and prefering/enjoying the culture.

I'm learning an asian language becuase i plan to the country.
Personally would rather have a G35 or a Honda.
Wear designer clothes becuase i like to look nice and are nice clothes.
I only date asian girls becuase it's my personal preference. I just consider them a lot more attractive than others.

I do understand wear you are comming from though Adam. I do see the people you are talking about at Metrotown with the dyed bangs and what not. If the asian people don't have a problem with it why shoudl the rest of us?

How was the first word created? People did not initally have a spoken language. So how did things become labeled with words? I don't mean english becuase i know engilsh comes derives from other languages, but the first language. did they just look at a cat and say im going to label you something for the rest of history? I know it sounds confusing and it's hard to type what i mean, but yeah? Any guess?

i still think that generally people in 3rd world countries eat (when they get to) almost mostly carbs like rice and such... there are a lot of endangered species that get eaten on a regular basis cuz the people have no other source of protein.

the first written languages that we have evidence of used charcters and symbols to represent things that existed in real life. Obviously that way of using written language is rather inefficient andd cant be used to express abstract ideas or thought so eventually alaphabet and shit liek that was developed.

that also got me thinking about how it may have to do with their level of hygiene and how it may precipitate more illnesses among children. (I mean proteins have immunological functions as well right, may it may take up more proteins because they get sick more often?)
