for the sea urchin, i just cracked it open from the mouth and took out the roe's, cleaned off the guts and soaked it in salt water....bleh i had a little, but nah, it still tastes like ass and looks like baby poo :sick:
augh...sea urchins are so much cooler alive! btw. the oatmeal and clam thing, NOT TRUE! heh i had a sink full of clams with oatmeal floating all over, all closed clams! once they're cooked, they open! dinner rocked, now i'm just waiting for desert to finish cooking :284: |

i feel soooo bad now!
i had this dull sheradded knife that i used to poke the mouth and saw it across...but it wasn't working, so i just broke it in 2 with my hands and out came all these guts and the roe stuck to the walls!!!!!! my parents were all it's so fresh it got crunch :sick: waaaaaaaaah it's going to haunt me in my night! uni tastes like gasoline and batteries....siiiiiiiiiick, now i remember why i don't eat them i did a project on them when i wen tto bamfield dale, and it was cool cause i learned things bout echinodermata survival stuff |

^Have you even tried it? Not that I expect you would like it even if you did.. it's kind of an acquired taste.
