sea urchin
i'm making a feast for my parents tonight so i went out to granville island to pick up the groceries...

i found live sea urchin, and they dig that stuff so i bought it

anybody know how to clean and shell them????

i can't find anything on the internet, and dinners in less then 4 hours!!!!


this thing is huuuuge! i've seen many sea urchins before, but not this big!

i kinda got the idea, but they told me to throw some oatmeal in the water and that they'd open up to eat it...is that true?

eeewww... no. I don't think I wanna try. Unless it's someone elses food and I just take a bite or sumthin. I luuv my beef. Canadian beef is so dayum much better than german! Not allowed to use ormones on tha cows here.... stooopid. But they feed them with their own bodily leftovers and wonder why they get bse!
