Desperation by Stephen King was my first SK book. That's the one that got me started on him. And Crookedking..i'm sorry to say, but if you just watch the movies, you're going to be missing out on soooo much. And yeah, The Lovely Bones changed how i thought about death. Same with Five people you meet in heaven. You should read that one too, if you liked 'bones'. I also wanted to add: Picture of Dorian Grey by Oscar Wilde Middlesex by Jeffrey Eugenides |

^^I definitly think reading the books of the movies expands horizons...not sure if that was sarcasm or not....but when you watch a movie that was made out of a book, i dunno about anyone else, but i always feel like there is so much more lying underneath that i'm missing out on if i haven't read the book either.
And one of the reasons the books are made into movies in the first place, is that they're good. |
