the playoff seedings go #1 teams against #8 teams (detroit against edmonton) first round we will be most likely 4,5th, or possiby 6 which means we either play dallas if they are fourth or 5th doesn't matter. if calgary moves up to 5th than they will play dallas, and we will play san jose, unless dallas catches them in their divison team 1 vs team 8 team 2 vs team 7 team 3 vs team 6 team 4 vs team 5 same with the east home ice adavantage for the four tops seeds. whoopie doo home ice means nothing to the canucks right now maybe if your dallas it means alot though haha |

i still say we will at least make it to the secojnd round regardless of how we play, and with motivation from the first round anything is possibly.
Remember 1994?? when no one excected the canucks to m ake it past the flames but we toughed it out and won in 7 and used the motivation to get within a game of winning the stanley cup. playoffs are kinda cool like that you know what i mean. anyone who watches hockey alot know about how important motivation can be in the pl ayoffs. Anaheim last year as well |

what are u talking about we smoked dallas that series?
or are you making these assumptions solely from the fact that the canucks lost in the regular season to dallas and detroit, and such. T han don't forget we also beat colorado twice this year, and we also beat detroit, and tampa bay. All the top teams. oh yea throw in a 4-0 win against new jersey Don't forget int he playoff's it means nothing. The canucks in 94 played a dallas team that got 97 points that season, and u know what it ended up being. the series was a 4-1 romp by the canucks |
