I am forming a youth group to protect the rights for youth to have fun in this city. With the red tape that surrounds events in vancouver it is almost impossible to actully have any fun in this city! This group will: Hold Free Music festivals once a month Write letters to local members of government Attend meetings to do with the lack of fun in this city. Plus More, I am looking for people who want to take an active role in there community. If you think that you can't make a diffrance, I am going to tell you now that YOU CAN! Thanks for showing support, on lounge x very few peeps seem to care...
I guess they don't realise that there is talk of making the plazza illegal..... meh. Live DJ's Live Bands Live Youth! This will be a free monthly thing that I will hold at a park in Vancouver every month (much more interesting then a boring meeting) and will only be interupted by a 3 minute speach (cause well I can't think of much to say ever) DOES ANYONE KNOW THAT KID WHO HAD HIS ARTICLE PUBLISHED IN THE PROVINCE EDITORIALS ON MONDAY I WOULD LIKE TO CONGRADULATE HIM.

Well this isn't designed to take up your entire life, just a few things that I am trying to do to put some fun into this..
I would require peeps to: (Brace yourself) Write the occasional letter, which I will send to all the newspapers. And Attend the monthly music festival/meeting, this will have a bbq, live bands and DJ's. I don't think a youth group, especially one that is to combat bordem in this city, should be all work...
