Thats the only way to work arms, i personally do supersets the whole workout bi set followed right after with a tri set.You should have no problem doing chest today, the main reason you dont work certian body parts together or side by side on ur weekly plan is overtraining, you will not overtrain you tris by doing chest workout the next day, something you wouldnt want to do is work your shoulders then hit you chest the next day cause your shoulders would probly be getting over trained.
