pfft, never enough!
During the week:
Cause I have to be 'up' for work at like 6am on weekdays, I try to get to sleep at like 10-11, and usually I retire to bed and read until I am nice and heavy eyed (and sometimes if i'm totally into what I'm reading, I lose all track of time) then, after lights out I'm usually lying awake from anywhere from 30mins to 2h...then I finally get to sleep only to be WIDE awake at about 4-4:30am, and there is no getting back to sleep, so at this time I usually just get up and try to do something like go for a run when it starts to get light, or just read the paper and drink coffee, I'm like an old person :( haha
weekends are a bit better, I usually can stay up until like 3am at the latest, but I'm always wide awake between 8 and 9am.
I love sleep so much, but I've been having troubles in the last few months so I average about 5-6h nightly. I find that I sleep the best with a nice cuddly body beside me.
