I have to be up at 7am on monday-wednesday, and at 6am on thursday and friday.
I usually get to bed at around 11:30 (after the Daily Show), lay awake for about an hour. 6-7 hours, i guess I'd like to get 8 I'm going to try and get to bed earlier. Last edited by diva; May 06, 04 at 11:49 AM. |

I used to have to get 10 hours of sleep to be functional (working nights was a bitch cause all i'd wanna do was sleep and my whole day would be shot!). Now i'm lucky if i get 3 straight hours of sleep. Usually throughout the day i get about 6 hours. I love naps, they always make me feel refreshed.

4-6 during the school year, I'm almost always sleep deprived, I fall asleep in all of my classes and can't function properly unless I drink a lot of coffee.
During the summer it's a lot better though, I can actually get 8-9 hours and there's a noticeable difference in my physical appearance (no dark circles under the eyes) and in my moods. Ever since I became vegetarian I've noticed that I require a lot more sleep.. possibly because of the lack of certain vitamins (i'm guessing B12 because when i take the supplements i'm a lot more awake and energetic), so it's really hard to focus at school. I nap whenever I have the chance and I actually find myself staying home a lot more frequently on friday nights just to rest and recooperate. |

Oh, anywhere from 6-8 hours, broken. I wake up on average about 2 or three times a night for about 20 minutes at a time...which I understand doesn't sound bad, but after the 2nd or 3rd time you do it it's killer.
I haven't slept in past 10am for the past three years. I don't think I could even if I had the opportunity anymore. : / |
