For all the "jib" heads out there ...
So I go into today to get my training for Granville Island Beer promotions. We're going to be promoting the new line of Hefeweizen Robson Street brew they're putting out ( delicious stuff on a side note ). In the middle of training I notice they reduce Granville Island Beer , to the acronym "GIB". During the presentation it gets so common that my supervisor starts pulling out the funniest lines.
"GIB is not responsible for addiction, it's the users" or "GIB is delicious, once you try it you're hooked" and my favorite "Now who wants their first GIB?" the best part was that he pronounced everything like JIB and I was the only one in the room who got the reference. I laughed on the inside. the end.

"Why are you laughing Lance ?" "Oh it's nothing boss, just if you must know, the term "GIB" is actually a street name for the drug Crystal Meth, that I just happen to know, and it's hilarious you keep using it in that sense." "You're fired." "Okee dokey."
