Saltaire - my favorite restaraunt

ohhhhh god
i dont even know what kind of food it is
It is like Californian. like fancy prancy we are hip californian.
i think its sort of like californian-italian fusion with some asian fusions. oh god they have the best vermicelli dish drools
it has a tomato cream, lemon juice, whitewine sauce with capers and clams SOOOOOOO GOOD!
i havent been there in a while thats why im craving it.

so if any of you guys suddenly strike gold then come over to west van and take me out to dinner at saltaire :)
