yeah man when your the lowest ranking member of a crew like that the job can be horrible...i dotn envy you..tho i kind of like construction the rare occasion when i visit or work on site..its nice especially when its sunny out because you get the fresh air and working wiht your hands isnt as stressful and, oddly enough, tiring as office work is.
the job i work at now is my favourite, though it is mentally exhausting, most of the time higly stressfull, and the fact that the owners of my company are clueless when it comes to how to operate a company of this size and consistantly underestimate or brush off crucial aspects of the operation of this company, i still love my job and find it rewarding albeit incredibly frustrating. this job is great because i get paid more then double what i used to get paid previously, i have gained so much experience and such a greater understanding of buisness and specifically the construction and development industry i realize that this job has prepared me for my future career far better then anything else. essentially its been a three year long paid internship in buisness management, specificaly a case study in how not to run a business hashaha. this job has also been helpfull in my realization of what i want to prusue as a career when i finish school. as such it has been instrumental in providing me with an incentive to continue my academic pursuits as well as given me an idea as to what areas i should study...i always knew i wanted to be involved in buisness but i never knew what exactly i wanted to do, for that am immensly happy.
