Exercise makes you feel great(emotionaly & physicly) and tones your muscles witch dieting wont... Dieting? I wouldnt "diet" but I would recomend sticking to REAL food. Boycot mc dicks! Also be resonalble wtih your portion size... so many ppl are sucked into the american jumbo/large sizes. |

dieting works way better for me
'cause if I work out too much, I just get hungrier and hungrier and end up eating back all the calories I just burned! I just try my best to cut all all crap food (ie. chips, pop, fast food, etc) and do my best to say away from carbs in excess (because I loooooooove carbs so much)...basically I try to eat only fresh fruits and veggies, potatoes and pasta/rice one in a while (say 2x per week) and eat a fair bit of low-carb tofu (to keep the protein count up). Dieiting is a lot easier for me than for a lot of people though because I'm a vegetarian as it is. |

people have huge misconceptions about dieting .. it just doesnt work .. peroid
when u diet ur metabolism decreases and your muscle mass decreases thus you actually gain weight easier!! most people who died do a little thing called diet cycling .. they diet and loose weight, then because their metabolism is low they gain all the weight and sometimes even more back so they diet again and the cycle just repeats itself mostly just slightly exercising and eating healthy works for people dont be thinking that exercise is just for building muscle .. its not you can maintain your body by working it slightly enough so you dont build muscle you dont need i eat for 3 people becaues i need to .. i gain weight .. but not fat .. i have a higher metabolism excercise is good ... diet bad .. or just have alot of sex .. thats a good way to loose weight ;) |

Courtney, if you were really cool you'd come to the gym w/ me and Aki.
It's fun, really! Yeah working out sucks at first when you're out of shape. But it gets way easier as you go. I'm sure there must be some hot guys too. Plus! By the end of the summer you'd be able beat up Myles! |

yeah courtney you should join our gym! its tons of fun and its got a huge swimming pool and tons of equipment. i find the best way to stay in shape and lose weight is to do a lot of cardio. i do about an hour of cardio 3-4X a week plus weight training and abs etc...
you feel so energized after a good work out, its great! |

i wouldnt say really diet, but to just cut back on the junk food (like some other people were saying) and also if you eat HUGE portions, to cut it to smaller portions. Also don't eat past 7pm-ish at night, that definitely has an effect.
But I think to have an overall effect in terms of being healthy, is exercising and eating well. Even if it's just cardio every other day. ~AJ~ |
