you should exercise atleast 30 mins a day just to stay healthy. Even walking for half an hour , ya know?
but if you're looking to lose weight, and fast, and you have a strong heart, you can buy "Biotrim" at any safeway. It's similar to most diet pills, just increases your thermogenises, so you workout harder, longer, gives you lots of energy, and if you mix it with proper diet and minimal exercise you get fast results. if you are trying to lose weight...both...i do an hour of cardio six days a week and strength training every other day........however if you just want to maintain the lovely figure im sure you have then why not excersize and be able to eat whatever you want...( for the most part)......and if its diet then just make healthier choices....whole wheats instead of white

u gotta do both to see results.. on weeks that im not busy i try to do weigth training for an hour, 4 times a week. then i try to do 10-20 minutes of cardio, 2-3 times a week, along with eating healthy, although the weekends dont usually work in my favor

fuck dieting. some people seem to have this weird belief that by eating less they will lose weight. when a person doesn't eat their metabolism slows down. when their metabolism slows down it tends to store and keep food longer than, say, a person who eats normal + regular exercising.
exercising...that doesn't mean running, working out or sports. stop driving, take a walk or something like that. most important: fuck everyones 'advice' on losing weight/toning up (mine included), what works for you will, most likely, only work for you and no one else. no one knows your body better than yourself. sidenote: I'd like to see the day you get fat or chubby. i just can't see it :P |

diets are gay. i love food and could never cut out/back on the things i <3
eat less shitty food (pop, candy, fried things, fast food etc.) and go for healthier things (fruits, veggies, whole grains, fish). exercise is key, not only to stay trim but for your health. go to the gym, do a lil cardio and weight training. try walking/jogging/biking places instead of driving. you live in north van, go hiking. oh yea....drink less booze, its got tons a calories ;) |
