A thought about people who throw parties, and their flyerwhores
Hey this is just a thought but has anyone stopped to think that maybe the reason that the cops have been finding almost every party lately is because of the massive amounts of flyers everywhere when the venues shut down? Theres nothing stopping a cop from picking up a flyer for the next party and then calling the info-line like everyone else the day of. you're giving them directions...

More often than not it's the ravers that are every bit as responsible for a bust than the promoters. Flyers are cool. Just about every single rave since the dawn of time has had flyers of some form, and a lot of them are very easy to be found. But have some kind of check to make sure that whoever's going to the party are people going to the party. If the partykids keep it tidy, the cops have _very_ little to go on. They can't just randomly search any kid that goes to the checkpoint. Shuttle Busses are also great because you can get a driver who knows how to take circuitous routes and lose the cops if they think they're being followed. But seriously. Let's stop hating on the promoters and start cleaning up our scene already. You all can do stuff to make sure that the scene stays thriving, but it's not on the Promoters to make everything happen for you.

ive never been on a shuttle that hasn't gone directly to the venue (except for when we were running jlf shuttles).
the biggest problem isn't the cops following you (as long as you pass through 3 or 4 jurisdictions) but dickheads who think they're better than everyone following your shuttle to the venue and walking up. those are the people that get shit busted.

Only hand one flyer to groups of people who leave other partys, that way you know that they party. I think the biggest problem is the guys who hand out flyers like they were tictacs, throwing them EVERYWHERE, handing 5 flyers for each person telling them to give them to thier friends, then these people walk 5 meters and throw them on the ground. I get pissed off when i leave a party and some guy hands me 10 flyers to go to the next fucking party, why the fuck would i need 10 flyers????
and is summer, we should start seeing more bush partys !
