Vancouver Residential Noise Laws + D/T DJ Friendly Buildings

Was wondering what time we are allowed to make noise until in Vancouver...
-on week nights?
-weekends? (fri/sat night)
-sunday nights?

Also wondering if any of you live in an apartment downtown and spin. If you do, is it just good luck that you've had or are the walls actually concrete/thick/soundproof? I would more than LOVE to find a soundproof joint that is no more than $1000 a month MAX.

Thanks for your help. :)

for noise curfews it varies from building to building. I highly reccomend a concrete condo tho, not only can you make as much noise as you want...but you can also grow dope!

We live d/t-our condo is dj friendly and never any complaints. It's concrete walls/ceilings/floors (underneath the hardwood of course). Our rent is 1125/mo though!? However I think rent ranges approximately from 800-1500 or so!? If you are interested let me know, and I'll get the numbers, so you can call to look into it!

Noise bylaws depends on the strata council you have for the building.

I live in a concrete building and while some noise doesn't travel, the bass notes do and that can really piss some people off that live a few units away.
