as for the game today, i missed most of it cuz i had a job interview. However when I was at Earls with my mom the game was in the second half with like a few mins to go and i was in the bathroom...and all i hear form the lounge is WOOOOOOOOOOO.

yay get all happy and shit cuz italia won and we dont get to move forward!

when i was watchin the re-play of it later this afternoon one of the bulgarian players kicked one of italias players in the legs...and bulgaria didnt get a fucking penalty.

Seems like every time team Italia makes it to euro cup or world cup, they get shafted.

^ maybe you just can't deal with disappointment. Its called being a sore loser. Most teams that suffer unfair losses, bitch about it for that time only and get over it but Italia yea right.

Besides that much time in extra time? It should have ended 1-1. Italy doesn't deserve to go on when they couldn't even score more than a single goal until the final game.

^ face it you can't win games in the big tournaments using a defensive league style of play.

By league i mean using a system, your players and players in the league are used to. Like Serie A.

Italy is gonna have to learn that in order to win bigger tournaments you gotta score

Especially soccer fans, its good to be a fan, but to resort to bringing up things that happened in 90's common.

and don't think italy is alone in getting shafted. All teams get their share of being fucked over.

Italy didn't deserve to go on, not with a poor showing like that.

its cuz italians are hard headed and too damned proud for thier own good.

you should have seen it at my cugina daniella wedding back in 94 when italia lost the cup to brazil. Italians were on one side of the ballroom and the brazilians were on the other side. There was a fight in the gazebo and a fight on the golf course.
