This is current, http://www.aclu.org/court/court.cfm?ID=15283&c=261
"The ACLU urged the Justices to not only strike down the Nevada law, but also to uphold the limitations on police stops imposed by the Court in Terry. "The alleged benefits of a requirement that a person subject to a Terry stop identify himself...is substantially outweighed by the individual's countervailing interest in privacy and security," the ACLU said in its brief." So it would seem there was an issue but I really don't have the time to read this, http://a257.g.akamaitech.net/7/257/2...df/03-5554.pdf that explains the courts ruling. |

The sad fact is, most of you are so conditioned to your preconceived modalities of what you think reality is/has to offer, you will probably just write me off without even looking into if for yourself. Your loss. I guess the thing about HAARP making ultra low frequency to desperse large crowds, is also just a theory, aswell as the RFID tags that will come in the next 30 years or so that will eliminate the barcode system. Yeah, those are all theories. Pffft. |

ps There may be a case here, and maybe this law won't be passed, I honestly don't know to tell you the truth. But the very fact that the Supreme Court of the U.S. would even WANT to get rid of one of the most basic rights like the right to remain silent, means we're in a heapload of trouble. Wake up people. |
