It's a real shame that people have to go into this whole conspiracy thing when there are very real issues that are a matter of fact and public record. I think it's stuff like this that really marginilizes legitimate debates, such as the errosion of Americans constitutional rights.

"The ACLU urged the Justices to not only strike down the Nevada law, but also to uphold the limitations on police stops imposed by the Court in Terry. "The alleged benefits of a requirement that a person subject to a Terry stop identify himself...is substantially outweighed by the individual's countervailing interest in privacy and security," the ACLU said in its brief."

Yeah, I do. Anyone want to point out a conspiracy theory here? Sure it was a bit sensationalized, "..soon will be a police state" does have that classic conspiracy theory zing to it, but I never assumed a date or time, just posted an artice that states that the U.S. supreme court is now attempting to get rid of THE RIGHT TO REMAIN SILENT! IF YOU DON'T THINK THAT MEANS ANYTHING, I AM WASTING MY TIME HERE. The thing is though, this is not a theory, I have shit loads of evidence, and I would gladly share it with anyone who would be interested in doing so.

The sad fact is, most of you are so conditioned to your preconceived modalities of what you think reality is/has to offer, you will probably just write me off without even looking into if for yourself. Your loss. I guess the thing about HAARP making ultra low frequency to desperse large crowds, is also just a theory, aswell as the RFID tags that will come in the next 30 years or so that will eliminate the barcode system. Yeah, those are all theories. Pffft.

Thanks for those Nolan. However, fuck you for saying I am into conspiracy theories. Yeah, fuck you. You haven't taken 1 day to come over, write an email, or anything to see how much proof I have of my claims. You are dismissive not like all the rest, but true skepticism comes from deductive analysis. You haven't done this considering you know only about 10% of my opinion on the matters. There may be a case here, and maybe this law won't be passed, I honestly don't know to tell you the truth. But the very fact that the Supreme Court of the U.S. would even WANT to get rid of one of the most basic rights like the right to remain silent, means we're in a heapload of trouble. Wake up people.

When has the Fedral US authorities ever esposed a theory of innocent until proven guilty... seriously, name one era where US which hasn't be wrought with misuse of the legal system (their own or that of other countries with fewer restrictions on human rights)
